Help with your account
Write from the address you sign in with, and name the organisation. Leave out passwords, API tokens and recovery codes. We never need them.
A monitor that looks wrong
Include the monitor's name or the link to its page, and the time you saw the problem. The incident page and its network path trace often answer it already.
Traffic from our probes
If our checks reach a server you run and you did not ask for them, tell us the address or URL. See about our probe for what the requests look like.
A security problem
Send the details to the same address with "Security" in the subject. Please give us time to fix it before you publish anything.
