Why no prices?
JustMonitorIt is in private beta and we haven't set them yet. We'd rather show a blank than a number we might change. They'll go up here and on the changelog at launch.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial runs for 14 days without one.
Does a cheaper plan lose any check kinds or channels?
No. HTTP, HTTP Advanced, ping, TCP, SSL certificate and domain expiry, IMAP, SMTP and heartbeats are on every plan. So are email, SMS, phone calls, Pushover, Discord, PagerDuty, Slack, Microsoft Teams and webhooks.
What are SMS credits?
Your monthly allowance for SMS and phone call alerts. A text uses at least 1 credit and a call at least 2, depending on the country and, for a text, its length. Trial gets 5, Starter 25, Pro 100 and Business 400. When they run out, those alerts go by email to the owners and admins.
How many locations check each monitor?
At least two, on every plan. We have three today: Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki.
What counts as a seat?
A person in your organisation who can sign in, including invitations not yet accepted. Contacts that only receive alerts are not seats.
